Due to the recent outbreak of the coronavirus, all therapy sessions will be offered via telephone or web chat. Please contact me below if you're interested in either teletherapy option.

I have been a resident of Colorado for over 20 years and am happy to provide my services to the entire state.
I can help you identify, challenge and replace thought patterns and underlying beliefs that fuel anxiety and depression. Research suggests emotions are created by our thoughts, and I take a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy.
Men are commonly socialized to stuff their painful emotions. I can provide you a safe and respectable space to explore your thoughts and emotions all while getting unstuck in your problem behavior patterns. I look at therapy as one more tool in your toolbox of coping strategies because we all need an objective observer sometimes.
Are you worried about your teen? I work really hard at building trusting and supportive relationships with teens where they can feel heard and validated. I couple this approach with exploring new coping skills such as reflecting on destructive thinking patterns and behaviors.
We all get something out of our problem behaviors and addiction is no different. I will help you take an honest approach and reflect on the denial and other aspects of your addiction that keep it thriving. Of course, there is a physical element to addiction, and for that I have referrals to help you address the biochemistry of your addiction.
Conflict and stress is inevitable in relationships. I get it, and I can help you and your partner develop new and healthy communication strategies to cope with that inevitable conflict and stress.
